About 5 Rabbit Brewery
The name 5 Rabbit was inspired by the mysticism, color, and playfulness of Latin heritage. Based on Aztec mythology, it illustrates our vision of Latin America that inspires our beers and our company. We are 5 Rabbit and we have come to liberate the true spirit of beer. 5 Rabbit has set out to celebrate the rich tapestry of Latin American culture and cuisine. But despite their inspiration, all the 5 Rabbit beers have a 21st century point of view. The vast and delicious cuisines of Central and South America hold a treasure trove of flavors, aromas and textures, with much that feels right at home in a well-made beer. It is our intention to use these ingredients and ideas as well as our own experiences to make subtle and deeply delicious beers, not mere novelty items. We source the best ingredients and put them together in a way that makes the whole beer add up to much more than the sum of its parts. For more information please visit www.5rabbitbrewery.com.
