Our chef is making Oskar Blues Old Chub infused smoked pork butt sandwiches that will pair perfectly with a rare keg of Oskar the G'rauch, a limited smoked IPA. We'll also have Old Chub on the nitro tap and some Dale's Pale Ale on tap. Representatives from the brewery will be on here to hand out samples and answer any questions. I bet the G'rauch would go great with some bacon as well!
