A 3 course paired dinner with Revolution brewing featuring Rosa, Coup D'etat. Double fist and the awesome Gravedigger Billy (barrel aged scotch ale).
First course: Olive oil poached lake trout qith asparagus mayo and fried
lemons
Second course: Pork roulade rolled with speck and ramps. Served with fiddle
head ferns and confit tomatoes
Third course: A twist on the classic cup o' dirt. Housemade chocolate
pudding, lavender marshmallow, chocolate cookie crumble,
house made gummy worms and raspberry coulis
