The Beer Temple is excited to host Chicago's foremost yeast wranglers and barrel-aging experts, Tom Korder and John Laffler as they dissect the ever-changing world of sours.

Here are some things to expect:

* Taste NEW sour beers from both Penrose and Off-Color Brewing

* A Discussion of the history of Belgian sours and sour blending vs. their American counterparts with prominent examples of the style

* LIVE interactive blending seminar overseen by award-winning blenders, Tom Korder and John Laffler

* Become an active partner in the development of a special sour ale for next year's Chicago Craft Beer Week!

Experience the evolving world of fruit, funk, and acid with historical inference, blatant criticism, and of course, a fair amount of beer drinking should be expected.

Only 30 tickets available, $35 each, on sale Sunday, May 5th noon at The Beer Temple.
