A six course beer dinner with pairings. Meet Bruce Dir, the owner and Head Brewer of Tighthead Brewing in Mundelion, Illinois. Dinner starts at 2PM. Price is $60. Vegetarian options available with advanced notice.
1st course: Crab, cucumber, and Chilly Water ceviche, paired with Chilly Water.
2nd course: Irie IPA Bratwurst Sliders paired with Reformator Doppelbock.
3rd course: Beef and pork Boxcar and bourbon chili paired with Scarlet Fire.
4th Course: Peppercorn fried chicken, Old Kaya Dog Barley Wine bacon honey glaze, Cajun collard greens, paired with Irie IPA.
5th course: Maple and Scarlet Fire cured pork chop, fig-nectarine chutney, roasted stilton potatoes, paired with Old Kaya Dog Barley Wine.
6th course: Chocolate, chile, raspberry and Reformator Doppelbock mousse paired with Boxcar porter.
